What is paper submission process? | What is the procedure to submit research paper?
Author can submit paper directly to the journal email address. All submitted paper should be cutting edge, result oriented, original paper and under the scope of the journal that should belong to the engineering and technology area. In the paper title, there should not be word ‘Overview/brief/ Introduction, Review, Case study/ Study, Survey, Approach, Comparative, Analysis, Comparative Investigation, Investigation’.
What is the plagiarism policy?
Journal does not accept paper that having plagiarized contents. Good quality plagiarism software/ tool (Turnitin / iThenticate) will be used to check similarity that would not be more than 20% including reference section. In the case of exclusion of references, it should be less than 5%.
Which software is referred for plagiarism / similarity check?
Either iThinticate or Turnitin software
May I know review policy of the journal?

Did I eligible to submit my research work to this journal?
Yes, you are eligible to submit your research work but paper should be within the scope of the journal. It is please noted that paper should be result oriented, plagiarism less than 20% including reference section. In the paper title, there should not be word ‘Overview, brief, Review, Case study, Study, Survey/ Approach, Comparative, Investigation, comparison. These words may cause for rejection of the paper.

No, you have to send full length paper for review process.
Is it compulsory to come for reading/presenting the paper in PPT?
No, there is no need to come here for reading/presenting your paper. Your paper is sufficient for all purposes.
How much time will you take for review process?
It depends on reviewer response. It will take minimum of 01 to 02 weeks.
How many reviewers will evaluate / examine submitted paper?
All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by two reviewers one from India and one from overseas. This journal uses double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer (s) and author (s) identities concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.

How many authors may be cited in a paper?
Maximum 05 authors are to be allowed a paper.
Can I submit same paper to the multiple journals?
No, It is advised you, do not submit the same article to multiple journals at the same time. You should wait for review report.

Is it compulsory to submit papers in the given journal template?
No, for initial paper submission, it is not necessary that paper should be as per journal template.
Is it compulsory to final papers in the given journal template?
Yes. Final paper should be prepared as per journal template.

How many minimum and maximum pages are allowed for a paper?
There should be minimum of 03 pages and maximum of 10 pages that cover all the aspect of the research.
I am not able to convert my paper as per journal template. What I can do?
If you are not able to convert your paper as per journal template then don’t worry. Send your paper in single column as instruction given in the acceptance letter.
Can I sign copyright in behalf of corresponding author? | Who will sign copyright

My paper has been published. Can I make any changes / correction in the paper?
If author write us within 24 hour(s) then changes are possible. Please email a copy of the published paper and Ms Word file of your paper. Please mark yellow background which you want to change/ correct. Please write your ‘paper ID and correction is needed’ in subject area of the email.
My paper has been published 02 days back. Can I make any changes / correction in the paper?
Author can make correction before 24 hours but after that any rectification/ modification is not possible.
DOI is assigned for my paper? Can I make any change in the paper now?
After publication, any rectification / updation are not possible. It is clearly mention in the website and your acceptance letter also. It is please noted that corrections are not possible in the ‘title of the paper’, ‘author(s) name’, Abstract, Keywords, Page numbers, References, Retrieval No, DOI, Volume No and Issue No.
What are the terms and conditions to withdraw my paper?
Author is free to withdraw his/her paper at any time but before signing the copyright. There is no any force. After signing the copyright, paper cannot withdraw at any condition.

Normally, we did not count UGC factor because this is International journal. Like Singapore, America etc does not know about UGC. You can search it in UGC care list and it should be there.

It is your internal matter of your institute/university. How can I say that your institute/university referring this journal while we are publishing research work for more than 115 Countries?
What is the Scopus status for year 2020
All the Scopus listed journals that were earlier in the Scopus database (year 2018-2019) are under re-evaluation for year 2020 which result will come soon. Normally, team of Scopus takes 08 to 10 weeks to include article (s) in the Scopus database. Hence, paper (s) to be forwarded for inclusion in the Scopus database after result of re-evaluation. The whole process for including any article (s) in the Scopus database is done by Scopus team only.
Will you provide DOI for every paper?
Yes, every paper will be assigned by DOI. You can it after publication of the paper.
May I know indexing of your journal?
